Our tools come with a 360-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship resulting from normal use.

Exclusions include:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized repairs;
Normal wear and tear;
Consumable accessories (such as sponges, bristles, etc.);

Requesting Warranty Service

If the product you received is defective, please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the problem to initiate warranty service.

Provide proof of purchase and relevant photos or videos to help us assess the problem.

Warranty Service

Depending on the nature of the problem, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Shipping Responsibility

If the issue is confirmed to be covered by warranty, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the issue is not covered by warranty, shipping and other related costs are the customer's responsibility.
