Return and Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your product. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
Return and Exchange Conditions
The product must be unused and retain its original packaging, tags, and all accessories.
Products damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized repairs will not be accepted.
Return and Exchange Process
Please contact our customer service team first by emailing service@mail.removhea.com or calling 13123941547 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Send the product, along with your proof of purchase and the authorization number, to our designated address: Room 709-253, 7th Floor, No. 66 Shenfu Road, Shenyang-Fushun Demonstration Zone, Liaoning Province.
We recommend using a tracked delivery method to ensure safe delivery of your product. Cost Responsibility
We cover all shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to product defects or errors.
For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind), shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and confirm eligible items, we will process refunds within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
